These terms govern your use of novislav.online, published by BETOPOL s.r.o.. By using the site you accept them. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.
1. What this site is
novislav.online publishes editorial guides about video games. It is an information site. It sells nothing, takes no orders, operates no user accounts and hosts no user-generated content. There is no contract of sale between you and BETOPOL s.r.o. arising from your use of this site.
2. Accuracy of the content
We take reasonable care to be accurate and we cite our sources. Video games change constantly: mechanics are rebalanced, prices move, modes are added and removed. Content that was correct when published may not be correct when you read it.
Where anything on this site diverges from information published by the developer or publisher of the game concerned, their information prevails. Always check the official source before making a decision that costs you money or time.
3. No guaranteed outcome
Nothing on this site is a promise about how a game will perform on your hardware, how enjoyable you will find it, what it will cost you, or what results you will achieve in it. We do not publish guaranteed-outcome claims and you should distrust any site that does.
4. Affiliate links
Some links on this site are commercial. They are labelled partner link where they
appear, carry the rel="sponsored nofollow noopener" attribute in the page source, and
are disclosed in a bar at the top of every page and in a box at the start of every article.

The original text, layout, stylesheets and diagrams on this site belong to BETOPOL s.r.o.. You may quote short extracts with attribution and a link. Systematic copying, republication or republication of the diagrams requires written permission.

This website is independent: it is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by or approved by Targem Games, Gaijin Entertainment or any other rights holder named on it. The site is provided as it is. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability and we may change, suspend or withdraw any part of it at any time without notice.

To the extent permitted by law, BETOPOL s.r.o. is not liable for loss arising from reliance on the editorial content of this site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or under mandatory consumer protection law.
9. Age
This site is not directed at children. Games discussed here carry their own age ratings, which are set by the relevant ratings body and shown in the store where the game is distributed. Check that rating before installing anything.
10. Changes and applicable law
We may amend these terms. The version published on this page is the one in force, and the date at the top shows when it last changed. These terms are governed by Czech law, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protection rules of the country in which you are resident.
