2. Director of publication
William Davis, acting for BETOPOL s.r.o., is the director of publication and the responsible editor for all content published on novislav.online. Editorial correspondence should be addressed to info@novislav.online or to the registered office above.
3. Purpose of the site
novislav.online publishes independent explanatory guides to video games. The site carries no advertising slots sold to third parties and runs no advertising network. It is funded by affiliate commission, disclosed at the top of every page and beside every commercial link, and described in full in the editorial policy.
4. Hosting
The site is hosted on a server operated on behalf of BETOPOL s.r.o.. Czech law does not require the hosting provider to be named in this notice. The provider's identity will be given on request to any authority or rights holder who asks for it at the address above.
5. Intellectual property
The text, page structure, stylesheets and the diagrams in the /img/ directory of
this site are original works produced for BETOPOL s.r.o. and are protected by copyright. The diagrams
were drawn specifically for this site and are not derived from any third party's artwork,
screenshots or product imagery. Reproduction of the site's original content beyond the limits
permitted by law requires prior written permission.
6. Trademarks and independence
Crossout is a trademark of its respective owner. This website is independent: it is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by or approved by Targem Games, Gaijin Entertainment or any other rights holder named on it. All product names, logos and brands are the property of their respective owners and are used here for identification only.
7. Personal data
This site sets no cookies, runs no analytics and makes no third-party requests. What little data the web server necessarily records is described in the privacy policy, and the cookie policy explains how to verify the absence of storage for yourself.
8. Dispute resolution
This notice and the use of this site are governed by Czech law.
